How does the rental process work? 

If you know which floral pieces you are interested in renting, please fill out the inquiry form on our website providing the important details of your event. Once we have received your inquiry, we will create a custom quote that includes any delivery/set up fees and local taxes. To officially book, we require a signed contract and a 50% retainer payment. The remaining 50% balance is due one month before the event date. 

Are these flowers real or fake? 

We design all of our pieces using the highest quality, faux flowers and foliage available to emulate the look of real flowers. By using faux florals instead of real flowers, we are able to offer rental prices for the same look but a fraction of the cost of their fresh floral counterpart. 

How much does it cost to rent the pieces?

All of our rentals are priced individually. Pricing, sizes and all other details are listed on each item's page. When you fill out our inquiry form, and add each item you are interested in renting, the form will display the total cost (before delivery fees and state/local taxes) of all the items. 

Can I add or remove flowers from the pieces?

Unfortunately, that is not an option at this time. Our rentals are thoughtfully created, finalized pieces that were intended to replicate fresh floral designs. Adding or removing flowers would compromise the intended final design that we worked so hard to achieve. Renting completed designs also allows us to offer modest pricing, which would need to be increased if we were factoring in the cost of adding custom florals in specifically requested colors as well as the cost of labor to redesign each piece for individual events. We do hope to offer custom floral options in the near future, though! 

Can I add fresh flowers to the pieces? 

Unfortunately, no. The water and bacteria that is held in the stems of fresh flowers and foliage would soak into the material we use to hold our faux florals in place ultimately causing disintegration and mold growth. The fresh flowers would also wither and expire quickly due to the lack of a clean water source. 

Do you offer custom arches and arrangements?

Not at this time, however, we do hope to offer custom faux floral options in the future!

Can I purchase an arch or other floral piece?

At this time, all of our florals are permanent pieces of inventory that are only available to rent. We do not currently sell our designs or take orders for purchase.

Do you deliver?

All of our pieces are delivered, set up, moved, taken down and removed from site by Lily and Olive team members. Due to the size and delicate nature of our pieces, they cannot be handled by anyone other than a Lily and Olive team member (with the exception of bouquets, boutonnieres and corsages). 

Can the rentals be used for both the ceremony and reception?

Yes and we encourage this! We designed our pieces to be versatile with the ability to be displayed in multiple ways. If you would like to repurpose your ceremony rentals in your reception space, the set up team will need to remain on site until the ceremony is over and quickly move the pieces after the ceremony is complete. There is a small fee associated with keeping team members on site for several additional hours to handle this transition. Due to the risk of damage and injury, rentals absolutely cannot be moved by anyone other than a member of the Lily and Olive team.
